What To Do Right Away

  1. Turn Off Your Card:
    Log into TrailNorth mobile banking (using the app) and use card controls to instantly turn your card off. 
  2. Report Your Card Lost or Stolen:
    Call 518-585-6725 (Option 3) to report your VISA® debit or credit card. 
  3. After Hours Support:
    Debit Cards: 800-472-3272
    Credit Cards: 800-543-5073
  4. Review Your Account Activity:
    Check for any transactions you don’t recognize and report them immediately.
  5. Request a Replacement Card:
    TrailNorth can issue a replacement card quickly so you can regain access to your funds. You can either go to any TrailNorth Branch or by:
