Thank you for your interest in the New York Credit Union Association Scholarship, sponsored by TrailNorth Federal Credit Union. Please complete all fields on this form to verify your membership with TrailNorth.  Once we confirm your TrailNorth membership status, you will receive an email with a code you’ll need as well as the link to the online application.
