It is the practice of TrailNorth Federal Credit Union to offer its services only to those members who have not caused the credit union a monetary loss or otherwise abused the rights, privileges or benefits of credit union membership. 

Accordingly, in the interest of clarity and consistency, the Board of Directors has approved a Limitation and Termination of Services Policy. The policy is intended to establish limitations and restrictions of services for members, joint owners or others who are not in “good standing” with TrailNorth Federal Credit Union, protect credit union employees, members, volunteers and vendors from abusive members or other persons and describe the circumstances under which a member may be expelled from membership. Expulsion from membership may occur for reasons including but not limited to those who have caused the credit union a loss, engaged in abusive conduct or illegal behavior or for failure to maintain the required minimum share balance in the credit union.
