TrailNorth Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that, effective September 28, 2026, Wendy Courtright will transition from her role as Chief Member Experience Officer to serve as the credit union’s new Chief Operations Officer (COO).

Wendy brings over 30 years of dedicated service to TrailNorth, having spent her entire career with the credit union in the Member Service Department. Throughout her remarkable tenure, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to TrailNorth’s members, employees, and mission.

Over the course of her career, Wendy has built a deep understanding of TrailNorth and the needs of its members. Her leadership and dedication have played an important role in the credit union’s growth and success, and her new role will allow her to continue building on that foundation.

As Chief Operations Officer, Wendy will bring her extensive experience and member-focused perspective to the credit union’s operations, helping support TrailNorth’s continued commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for its members and employees.
