NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
The “Christmas Loan Promotion” Drawing (the "Drawing") is sponsored by TrailNorth Federal Credit Union. The Drawing is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Drawing, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and understands that the results of the Drawing, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The Drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
ELIGIBILITY
The Drawing is open to TrailNorth Federal Credit Union Members, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who apply and have funded a TrailNorth Christmas Loan. TrailNorth Federal Credit Union employees, staff, volunteers, and members of their immediate families and individuals living in the same household as such individuals described are not eligible to win.
DRAWING PERIOD
The “Christmas Loan Promotion” begins on October 1st, 2022, at 9:00 am EST and ends on December 24th, 2022, at 4:00 pm EST (“Christmas Loan Promotion Period”). All entries must be funded Christmas Loans on or before the time stated during the Christmas Loan Promotion Period.
TrailNorth FCU reserves the right to extend or shorten the Christmas Loan Promotion Period at their sole discretion.
HOW TO ENTER
You can enter the Drawing by being funded a TrailNorth FCU Christmas Loans during the Christmas Loan Promotion Period.
WINNER SELECTION
All eligible entries received during each Entry Period will be collected by the Sponsor and will be placed into a random draw at the end of the Entry Period. One (1) entrant will be randomly selected and declared the winner per Entry period. The random Drawing will be conducted within seventy-two (72) hours after the Entry period has ended. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received in the Entry period.
Sponsor will notify prize winner during the week of December 26th 2022.
Sponsor shall have no liability for a Prize Winner’s failure to receive notices due to the inability to contact the winner.
PRIZE
Payoff of Christmas loan (up to $2500) will be made by TrailNorth FCU for loan qualifying for “Christmas Loan Promotion”. A Christmas loan with a balance greater than $2500 will have $2500 applied to the principal balance and the original monthly payment and interest rate will remain in effect.
No cash or other prize substitutions are permitted.
ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS
Prize is non-transferable.
PUBLICITY
The winning entrant agrees to grant Sponsor permission to use his/her name, town and state of residence, photo, likeness, or comments for publicity purposes in any media for advertising and other purposes, in any manner, without limitation and without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
