We would like to update you on our status of operation at TrailNorth during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
As you are aware, the Governor has extended the Stay at home order until May 15th. We continue to offer services via our Drive-thru and keep our lobbies in all three branches closed to the public. As always, we are available by telephone during regular business hours. Although we may not be able to take your call immediately, please know that if you leave a message in one of our general mailboxes we will return your call. We will keep you up-to-date on any changes regarding branch lobby openings.
Help us help you
The biggest thing we can all do to slow the spread of COVID-19 is to practice social distancing and remain home as much as possible. We have digital banking options available to ensure that you can access your account and perform all necessary banking functions without leaving the safety and comfort of your home. We have also taken a number of steps to support our team. In addition to creating a rotating schedule for member service staff so they may limit their exposure by not coming into the branch every day, we are also providing masks to those staff in the branches. Additionally, any staff member that can work remotely is doing so.
Watch out for Scammers
We want to make sure you're protected from scammers during the COVID-19 pandemic. When we reach out to you, we won't ask for your social security number, account number or credit card number over the phone or via email. Protect yourself by not clicking on links in emails or texts you were not expecting or did not request. Scammers will try to attack during this uncertain time and we ask for your heightened awareness.
