CEODear Members,

As you may know, we recently announced that the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) has approved our request to expand our field of membership. Effective immediately, membership is open to individuals who live, work, worship, or attend school in the counties of: Essex, Washington, Warren, Franklin, and Clinton Counties in New York as well as Addison County in Vermont.

This expansion will provide additional growth opportunities that we need to continue our financial strength and longevity.

TFCU has served the North Country since 1954. We have worked very hard to build an impressive suite of secure online banking services and we are very excited to be able to bring these financial solutions to more areas of the North Country.

TFCU’s Board of Directors is fully supportive of and committed to the expansion, and sees the wisdom and strategic value in doing so. Indeed, our entire team is excited to provide personalized financial services in support of our core values of financial strength, community, integrity and service.

MapWith respect to possible new future physical locations, we will analyze our options. We also intend to continue to leverage technology to serve members who like and want to conduct business with their financial institution electronically whenever and wherever it is convenient for them.

Thank you for your support. It’s your support that has allowed to grow to where we are today.

Sincerely,

Shawn Hayes
TFCU President and CEO
